Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Neuralys Corporation and our affiliates, or analytics or service providers, such as our online customer support provider. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

In order to make a purchase from us, you must use our shopping cart provider to finalize and pay for your order. Its privacy statement and security practices will also apply to your information. The Site and/or Service are not structured to attract children under the age of 13 years. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Our California Do Not Track Notice.
We do not track consumers over time and across third party websites and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Deletion of Content from California Residents.

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Notice
Neuralys Corporation complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Neuralys Corporation has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. Our Privacy Shield certification is available here.
“Personal Data” means data that personally identifies or may be used to personally identify a person, whether directly or indirectly in combination with other data.
“Customer”means a prospective, current, or former customer, or client of Neuralys Corporation.
Neuralys Corporation participation in the Privacy Shield applies to the Personal Data that Neuralys Corporation receives from and processes on behalf of Customers of Neuralys Corporation located in the EU.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING.
Neuralys Corporation provides its Customers with a risk management tool designed to improve work processes and create an environment of transparency in the Customer's organization and facilitates a more efficient and intuitive way to manage teams and entire operations. Neuralys Corporation risk management tool is made available to its Customers on a software as a service (SaaS) basis (the “Service”).
Neuralys Corporation will only process the Personal Data for the purposes our Service to the respective Customer. To fulfill these purposes, We may access the data to provide or offer the Service, to correct and address technical or service problems, or to follow instructions of Our customer who submitted the data, or in response to contractual requirements.
4. ONWARD TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA.
We will not transfer Personal Information originating in the EU to third parties unless such third parties have entered into an agreement in writing with us requiring them to provide at least the same level of privacy protection to your Personal Information as required by the Principles of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We will only transfer Personal Information to cloud service providers who need the information in order to provide services to or perform activities on Our behalf. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, Neuralys Corporation is potentially liable.
5. RIGHT TO ACCESS, CHANGE OR DELETE PERSONAL DATA.
Data subjects have the right to access Personal Data about them, and in some cases to limit use and disclosure of their Personal Data. If you would like to request access to the Personal Data we have processed on behalf of one of the Customers, please contact email@example.com and provide your name and contact information. Neuralys Corporation will refer your request to the Customer, and will support them as needed in responding to your request.
6. REQUIREMENT TO DISCLOSE.
Neuralys Corporation may be required in certain circumstances to disclose Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirement.
7. PRIVACY SHIELD INDEPENDENT RECOURSE MECHANISM.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Neuralys Corporation commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. 8. U.S. FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ENFORCEMENT.
Neuralys Corporation is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to ensure compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles outlined in this notice.
Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=How-to-Submit-a-Complaint, you may also be able to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
On and after May 25, 2018, Neuralys Corporation shall comply with the Regulation 2016/679, the “General Data Protection Regulation” (“GDPR”) of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The GDPR supersedes EU Data Protection Directive (also known as Directive 95/46/EC).
